KLD-AP electric arc fast busbar protection system has fast and reliable action, can effectively reduce the harm caused by arc light to equipment and persons. Adopting fast relay Triac technology to make it have quick protection action, high reliability, and fill in the gaps of medium, low voltage dedicated bus protection.

System Compositions

TYSEN-KLD bus arc light protection system mainly consists of main control system, power supply module, current unit, arc unit, arc detection unit. The transmit the detected arc or current signals to the main control system. After collecting these necessary data, the main control system will output tripping signals to circuit breaker according to actual situation.

I. Main Control System KLD-AP-MCU-H

The main control system is the core component of TYSEN-KLD arc light protection system, and is used to manage, control the whole set of arc light protection system. At the same time, this main control system is provided with RS485 communication interface.

II. Power

It is an independent power supply, and is responsible for supplying power to the main control system, then it is supplied to arc unit and current unit by the main control system.

III. Current Unit KLD-AP-CTE-H

The current unit is used for measuring the current signal of power incoming line cabinet, and ensure the tripping logic operability of arc light protection system under different operation.

IV. Arc Unit KLD-AP-ACU-H

The main control system can extend measuring points via external arc unit.

V. Arc Detection Unit KLD-AP-AS-H

It is the passive arc detection unit specially used for bus protection, and is a light sensing element of arc detection. The arc detection unit can directly send optical signals to the main control system or arc unit.
