High-voltage filter reactor is applicable to 6-35kV power system, is main auxiliary equipment for reactive power compensation and harmonic suppression. At present, in the construction of power grid of each industry, as an important reactive compensation device, high-voltage filter reactor has been widely used, its usage amount is keeping increasing.

High Reliability, Low Cost

The coil of reactor is made of high-quality special silicon steel sheet and coil after epoxy resin cast, vacuum impregnation, curing in constant heat oven. It has very high dynamic, thermal stability, good insulation strength, high reliability, low cost, less magnetic leakage, low partial discharge, small volume, is a reliable dry-type product.

Structural Characteristics

  • The iron core of high-voltage filter reactor adopts orientation silicon steel sheet. which ensures the characteristics of low temperature rise.
  • The reactor is epoxy pouring type, adopts the class H epoxy pouring system. This molded epoxy coil has good mechanical strength, can endure large current impact, and can run safely under harsh environmental conditions.
  • The reactor coil adopts cylindrical structure, with large radiating area, highly efficient heat dissipation.
  • The upper and lower ends of the coil adopt epoxy spacer and silicon rubber anti-vibration pad, scientific design and reasonable structure.
