KLD series low-voltage filter reactor is connected with capacitor in series, it can withstand the loss generated by the fundamental current and harmonic current,.The impedance value accuracy of the filter reactor is high, it has sufficiently high linearity. Meanwhile, the iron core reactor with design of magnetic flux leakage prevention ensures lower loss and noise level.

Main Applications

Reactor works together with capacitor in series to provide power grid system with reactive compensation, improve power factor. Meanwhile, it will also suppress amplification effect of harmonic current and fully protect the safety operation.

Structural Characteristics

The coil of filter reactor is made through winding of high-purity copper wire (winding of Nomex insulated wires with insulation class of H or double-insulated enameled wire with insulation class of H).The inter-layer is isolated with Nomex insulating paper. The iron core is made of high-quality silicon steel sheet. The correct choice of the air gap number and location can ensure minimum loss of iron core and coil.

The filter reactor has over-temperature protection function. When the temperature of reactor reaches the default condition for disconnection, the over-temperature protection device will cut off the circuit in time. This design ensures the safety and continuity of reactor work to the maximum extent, greatly extends the service life of reactor and other components connected with it.
